This interesting coin uses as a basis, for it's obverse general Greco-Anatolian/Seleukid bust designs for it's confronted busts, and for the reverse is clearly imitative of a common Byzantine numismatic motif that spanned from the early 11th century, up to at least the 13th, and featured on several coins here:
Romanos III Histamenon(1028-1034)
John II Komnenos Hyperpyron(1118-1143)
Manuel I Komnenos Billon Trachy(1143-1183)
John III Doukas-Vatatzes Hyperpyron(1221-1254)
