This is to certity that XXXXXXXXXX and XXXXXXXXXX are registered at the XXXXXXXXX Post Office as he holder of the Post Office 12 Years Saving Certificate, issued in accordance with terms of the Notification printed at reverse, and subject to the Application and Declaration of the Purchaser which shall be the basis of this Contract. The Government of India undertake to pay EITHER of them, or to the survivor of them, or the legal representatives of the survivor in the case of death of both of them, on presentation of this Certificate at the aforesaid Post Office on or after the XXXXXXXXX this Certificate or at any earlier date after the expiry of three years the sum not exceeding Rs. /- Certificate as due on such date.
