2009 JERSEY 5 POUNDS

You would think this one would be easy to find but im struggling. don't know wether its silver bu proof and can't find any more information on it. Any help would be great.

This coin is not in Numista database. You can always add it. The pictures are very blurry, but it seems that it is Battle of Hastings.
The series of British Battles are all Proof and silver with a mintage number of 25 000.
