I have a coin from France 1912 and was curious why isn't Algeria shown on the dashboard because back then it was part of France (same question about US and Phillipines, and Portugal and Colonies).

If the coin is French and not French Algiers  then I'm guessing it wasn't legal tender in Algeria so it wouldn't show up on your dashboard.
