I found this Qing coin in a trustworthy shop. But didn't buy because of suspicious orientation of the dragon side. Is this a non-standard mint or fake?

I have seen many Chinese coins of that era with rotations.

As far as the design, I can't read Chinese and didn't look up the type so I can't check for obvious lettering errors.
