1p and 2p Blanks [gelöst]

I have two what look like 1p and 2p Blanks are they Rare.
( 1p ) is 20.2mm Dia 1.35mm Thk and 3.56g in Weight Circulating Penny 20.3mm Dia 1.52 Thk and 3.56g
( 2p ) is 25.7mm Dia 1.63mm Thk and 7.37g in Weight' Circulating Two Pence 25.9mm Dia 1.85m Thk and 7.12g

Does the Royal Mint Release coin Blanks as I have never seen any before.

​From this penny listing they have got a small premium but not something to write home about.

I'd write home if I could get £34 for a blank 1p planchet. Searching for sold items on ebay also shows high prices for them. Some are even certified by PCGS.

I don't believe the Royal Mint sells them.

Well I am Surprised £34 for a 1 Pence Planchet so the 2 Pence would maybe Double that £68 but I think they are only worth what someone is willing to pay for them so in reality probably less but these two cost me virtually nothing as they came with a Auction lot from one of the Local Auctions that had amongst the 100s of Coins 48 Silver Half Crowns that I paid £72 for so what a bargain but do I want to keep them I don't know as I really have no Interest in new British Coins. These are both none Magnetic so must be Pre 1992.
