Edit. I do not believe this coin is in our catalog as I have searched in Italian states - Papal States - Ancona and found similar but not this coin specifically. Sorry, once again having difficulty attaching Numista link.

​Yes, thank you. That is the page I was attempting to link. Notice the dates on the 2 similar coins and both say ALMA ROMA. The OP's coin dates a little earlier, 1550-1555, and states ANCONA instead of ALMA ROMA.

After going through the link graciously provided by luca biondi, I was not able to find the exact coin. There is a section dedicated to undated Giulio's but unfortunately there are no photos of your type coin that I can find . You are welcome to do some research yourself or wait for an Italian coin expert to provide better information.

It's the coin linked by @harryg on vcoins (well done!) .

Papal States, Ancona. Pope Paul IV (1555-1559) giulio, catalog MIR 1034 and Berman 1046. The coin cannot be from an earlier date (and although this does not bear on the answer, the coin pictured in lucabiondi's link as Giulio - PIUS IV is a photo of the wrong coin for that type)

Small differences due to die variation are common (in some varieties the final A in ANCONA is between the sword and the head, the keys are designed differently in others, etc.). I think the Muntoni catalog shows 4 variants.
