Two not mentioned are the various books on the coins of Viet nam by Howard A Daniels III. "Cast Chinese Coins" by David Hartill has a couple of pages on Annam, pretty basic, it helps I.D. the characters associated with the various emperors. For the non-specialist the KM series is probably pretty good.
