I have this type of a gold-plated Beijing 1990 6th Asian Games medal, but sadly, there is only one type that I searched in Numista.

You seem very adept at adding to and modifying the catalog. Out of curiosity, why aren't you adding this yourself?

Oh, I will add it tomorrow. But I do not have any white backgrounds because I do not have photoshop. But I will effort for that.

You don't need such a sophisticated and expensive program as photoshop to crop your pictures. A very user friendly and free program to do this easily is PhotoScape v.3.7 (http://www.photoscape.org/ps/main/index.php), used by many members here.
The result:

Haha. Beat you but I used https://pixlr.com/remove-background/

Edit: Except you fixed the slightly off rotation so you win! ;)

Yes, you beat me. But I also adjusted the upright position, which took me a little bit longer.

Exactly. Need to get Xavier to add seconds to the time stamp.

I'm sure Pixlr is a little bit quicker because the process happens automatically while with PhotoScape you have to do it manually. But PhotoScape is flawless, while Pixlr isn't: the parts between the red arrows and the green arrows:

Of course here the flaw isn't too bad, but with some coloured backgrounds (depending on the colour) it can be much worse, while with PhotoScape the colour of the background has no influence.
Another disadvantage with Pixlr (in my opinion) is the result images are saved as png in stead of jpg.
But to be honest, for cropping coins with irregular shapes Pixlr is great while this is even impossible with PhotoScape.

That bugs me too. I always have to use Paint to convert to jpg for coin pages.

That's not really necessary. Just go to your Windows Explorer and change the extension png into jpg.

Thanks for the tip. I used another site https://png2jpg.com/ to do that, but your way is very much easier and doesn't create all the extra files!

You're welcome. Why uploading files, afterwards downloading these processed files if you just have to change the extension.
