1995 P Half Dollar With Missing Letters

Hello, everyone.
There are some letters missing or they are very blurry and hard to see. Especially on letter Y in LIBERTY,word IN and letters ST in IN GOD WE TRUST. How common is this and how valuable can it be?

I might be wrong, but this just looks like a heavy amount of PMD on a normal half dollar. If that's the case, it's worth $0.50 US.

From the Numista coin page, similar but less. I think seltsamesammler is correct.

What does the reeded edge look like? If it's almost gone, then this is a well worn coin, which was used in a slot machine.

It looks like a roadkill and the value is 0.50$
