Confederate States of America $5, not in catalogue, maybe fake?

Hi all, I've had in my collection for a number of years the following $5 note from the Confederacy, and while cataloguing a few notes the other day I didn't actually see this one listed, is it a fake or just one that was missed

It's a fake based on this note:
