I suppose you ask about a 1 cent coin from the US from the 1968 with the mint mark S. Please confirm!

On your image there is NO overwritten S. Please read the Red Book and you'll see, no variants do exist (so far for the 1968 coin). Just to confirm it for yourself, please look up your coin in the numista data base.....
