Fake or Real - Italian States - Tuscany - Leopoldo II - 5 Paoli - 1828

I would like your opinion on the above coin. It is Italian States - Tuscany - Leopoldo II - 5 Paoli - 1828 - Krause C #73, Numisita #21583

Weight 13.72g as per catalog, dia 31.32mm and thickness 2.28mm.

To me it looks counterfeit - too clean, detail too sharp, strange shadow on the lettering. Also I dont believe I could be that lucky !!

What are your thoughts ? if it is a fake is it a "known one"? What gives it away ? any specifics or just 'gut feel' ?

I will be very happy if it is genuine but expectations have been set !

Personally nothing screams FAKE to me.
Can you make pictures of the edge there seems to be embossed lettering or something on the HA pictures.

Here is the edge. I can make out CINQUE PAOLI DUB FIORINI dot ie 5 paoli, 2 Fiorini which all looks consistent

Thanks all for your postive views - not what i was expecting to be honest. I am very happy with those views especially given possible values in Krause catalog even if, as i understand, values are often on high side.

look at the L and P of Leopold...very different.

It looks same to me as others from 1828

Looks perfectly fine, and I've seen my fair share.
