Whats the difference beetwen LEPE and COPE in 2 USD bills?

How can I recognize a difference beetwen LEPE and COPE in 2 USD bills?
Is there any mark on banknotes?

I'm sure I'm missing something but I don't get it.

Example: Series 1976 - J
J05449635A
5449635/6400000 = 0.8515 --> 0.8515 X 32 = 27.2481 --> 28
or:
5449635/3200 = 1703.0109 --> 0.0109 X 32 = 0.3500 --> 1

Now what?

I guess if the note has the plate number D4 it's COPE and if it was E3 LEPE.

That's what I was expecting but it's A3 (I think).

This was on the $1 page (https://en.numista.com/catalogue/note201805.html). Not sure if it also applies here.

It works if 6,400,000 was really meant to be 6,400. Then it gives 17 which matches the A3 on the banknote for COPE.

Is LEPE same as "conventional serial", as written in the date list on the 2 dollars page?
