There is so much wrong with this it's hard to know where to start. Bid is at $710 and the reserve is not yet met, presumably with over 3 days to run it's going to bring a substantial price.
It would look nice on my Christmas Tree, I wonder what kind of chocolate is inside.

Those coins have been polished to death. I think CC is a rare mintmark but I wouldn't be blowing a thousand bucks on crap like that. Thanks for showing us, Phil.

Aye, my first thought was "coat button" and like Mark I was a little concerned to see the poor feedback so I checked it and lo' and behold I find what looks to be the same coin with identical marks and the same polished surface being sold over and over again.
I would not accuse someone of peddling fakes on a public forum (mama didn't raise no fools) but if you were going to spend that kind of money on a coin wouldn't you at least do some basic research? Even some of the positive feedback refers to sales whee the item was returned and a refund given, why was it returned?
Anyway, I thought it might be educational for our own eBay buyers.

Should be verified for that price. It looks like one I have except mine says copy across it and this one looks like its been grinded away hence the polish.
A fool and his money are soon parted. If you're stupid enough to spend that much money without checking up on what you're buying then you deserve everything you get.
Not that I'm condoning the actions of the seller or anything, but these fraudsters are only hanging around because they find people foolish enough to buy their wares.
