South Africa 1 Rand 1992 Error?

Hi all, 

I have found this 1 Rand. Unfortunately, it's worn - I would say VG? However, it looks to me like it's some kind of error as the obverse appears all doubled but I can't find any mention online of other examples. What is it? How do I catalog it? Should there be a mention on the Numista page for this case?
