for example this cointhe royal mint says that is 3.800 mintage the limit..now its not available…how we know in numista that is 2864 all the coins they made/?..

It's simple for UK coins. The Royal Mint always publish their annual reports. You can find here the tables with exact mintage of all coins. These reports are published ususally with +/- 1,5-2 years delay do not avaliable the last years but 2019 mintage is already known.

Not all mints publish this kind of data.
