Hello 🤖

Without pictures, it will be very difficult for anyone to help you. Could you please post clear pictures of each side of your item?

Hello. Chinese merchant shop mark used probably for his silver value and international trade.

Hello,

Welcome aboard 😃

I am not a specialist in this type of coin but there is a surprising shift of the date compared to the phrase "In god we trust" and the "1" from 1876 is slightly larger than another genuine coin.

I compared mine to a graded one and it matches up perfectly. Is yours graded

I don't get any, just compared to a San Francisco coin from CGB.

Hello. Take care that such Chopmarks from both side modify always also The opposite side with different kind of distorsion.

If true silver I will not see any Interrest on fake chop marked one… except for a fake coin made of a bad grade that would be still high priced, and no interest if the value of this coin is approaching his silver value for lowest grade…

Regards

And one of the shop mark got time to get a true patina… It seems

And for the difference with 1, both photo are not same quality, there is a black part (patina on the second) which is pixellised, and pictures could also show a tiny different size  So it could be just a feeling.
