uncut sheets of USA legal tender

I have a number of uncirculated uncut sheets of US $1, $5, $10 and $20 bills from varying years.  They are in mint condition and I am trying to understand how to VALUE theses.   any assistance and/or suggestions would be greatly welcome.

I have the same question except for Canadian sheets of 40 1$ and 2$ notes. Sorry about coins in the corners, I had to hold them as these are rolled up.

What are the dates, and are they star notes?
