France 2 Euro Cents 1999 - High v Low Bee Mint Mark

I've read somewhere that there are variations in the position of the bee mint mark on 1999 French 2c coins.  Is this an example of that variation, or is the difference more noticeable?

I have to say they go very far in that catalog, but they don't mention anything about the position of the mint mark (high - low), only about the orientation of the bee mint mark, but maybe that's what you've read somewhere.
