2o23 Lincoln cent Extra V

Hi, Everyone, I have this Lincoln cent extra V    I send it to PCGS for graded   there say damage coin is that true

Hi Aden2.  Looks like verdigris on the reverse.  PCGS will sometimes give you a code on the slab that will tell you the type of damage.

The extra V is post mint damage.  Did you think it was a  mist error?

Surprisingly, there actually is an "extra V" variety for the 2023-P Lincoln Cent.  It surprised the heck out of me when I first heard about it because I initially thought it was just PMD when it started making its rounds on the internet.
