Hello everyone, thank you for the quick response regarding the post. I sent it to the PCGS website, but I did not find a clear result. So I want you to respond if this is the proof.

The reason I posted those three pictures was to give you an idea of how hard it is to distinguish proofs of that time from high quality business strikes from pictures alone.  PCGS will never give you a grade based only on pictures. To be sure, an expert would have to examine it with coin in hand. How did you come to possess it?

I will follow your advice and seek the help of an expert. Is it possible to send the coins to other approved entities for classification and evaluation again?

You didn't say that you already had them graded by PCGS. It says right on the holder PR62RD. PR = Proof.

Don't take them out of the holder.
