CZECH REPUBLIC 1994 coinage of 10, 20 and 50 haleru

I am very confused about the 1994 mintage of 10 haleru coins specifically, but also about the 20 and 50 haleru.

First, the easiest bit; the coins issued in mint sets. In its list of sets, KM states that there are 13,400 mint sets for 1994, containing these three denominations (and 6 others). The information given under each denomination, however, is quite different. For mint sets, it mentions only that there were 2,500 coins minted in Hamburg,  issued in ‘sets only’. I have a 1994 mint set but the 10 haleru has the Jablonec mint-mark. Numista does not list any 10 haleru coins dated 1994 minted in Hamburg. Would I be correct in thinking that KM is in error and that NO Hamburg minted 10 haleru for 1994 exist?

Turning to Proof sets for 1994, KM lists an issue of 2,000 containing just these three denominations. In the denomination section, though, KM lists 27,500 ‘bright’ proofs for 10 haleru (Hamburg mint), 17,500 for 20 haleru (Jablonec) and 27,500 for 50 haleru (Jablonec); while Numista lists 27,500 for each of the denominations, all of them Jablonec mint - but doesn't actually call them Proofs. Would I be correct in thinking there are 27,700 ‘bright’ proofs for these three denominations in 1994, all from the Jablonec mint?

Still on the subject of 1994 proofs, KM also lists 2,000 ‘dull’ proofs for the 10 haleru, 2,500 for the 20 haleru and 2, 500 for the 50 haleru - all from the Jablonec mint. Numista does almost the same, but gives 2,500 for all three denominations, all from Jablonec mint, but again does not actually call them proofs. Would I be correct in thinking that there are 2,500 ‘dull’ proofs for these denominations in 1994?

What is the story behind the ‘dull’ (meaning matte, I suppose) and the ‘’bright proofs? Where all 30,000 proofs actually issued in sets?

PS. The 10 haleru  included in my 1994 mint set has the small Jablonec mint-mark (1993 style) mentioned only in Numista. Do any of the 1994 mint sets contain the 10 haleru with the large Jablonec min-mark (1995 style)? My example from circulation has the larger mint-mark - do any of the circulation strikes have the 1993-style mint-mark?

Thanks.

Have a nice day across the great pond called the American Ocean.

You are not the only one who is confused, there are discussions on this issue here on our collector's forum.

If you use Google Translate and Czech, you can read about the entire issue of minting these beautiful coins that could not be bought for anything.

You can also get involved there and the community will be happy to answer your questions.

I wasn't very interested in this issue, I stick to our "numismatic bible of Mr. Novotný" (coins of Czechoslovakia-Czech Republic and Slovakia) And there it is this:

As for the coins for the sets, there are different variants:

For 10 hal., the matte pieces are listed as 2500 pieces.

They are further divided into variants:

I don't want to get bogged down in numbers, so I recommend reading up on the issue on the collector's website I mentioned.

Be careful with the label "Proff", it's probably not even a dime.
