Here‘s my challenge to you sleuths, can you find this coin?

I’ve looked virtually everywhere to try and figure out what it is, but I have had no matches. If anyone can find out what it is or has one themselves, I would be really grateful to hear from you!

 I guess that is the way of the world now, 

that rather than a paper 'Certificate Of Authenticity' 

it is now a plastic card - with 15987 in reverse.

Those are some nice looking coins
