What is this?

So, I have done a picture search in the catalogue for both for coins, tokens, and medals without findig anything even remotely similar to this piece. I have also done a Google picture search without any luck. So please, does anyone know what this is?

Size: 35 mm

Weight: 19 g

Thank you!

Maybe a mold to create something.

Both pictures - reverse black and white then mirrored

Now reversed, the S on top right and lower left are the correct way round.

Actually in Gothic lettering it now looks like SWEDE lettering on lower left,

with maybe ATE just before that. Looks like a standing figure with number 6

between feet, then that lettering either side, with ADL on each knee?

Other side looks like something with a rat tail - but no lettering.

Yeah, you're right! Haha, still no clue what it is, though. 😅

Cheers!

Ah, I was right - for the lettering and description.

N#111488

with ATE then G then SWEDE

apart from earlier thinking it was 6 not G letter.

So that at least is one side. Maybe that other side is

meaningless and never intended for use.

So somewhere out there is the reverse, in reverse,

to make the crowned shield on a cross design as well.

As your item is 35mm and that coin in the link is 32mm then

surely what you have is not what a coin die looked like in 1523 - or is it?

Pictures reversed to show what the other item - if there ever

was one - would look like, the 1523 in reverse on now top right.
