I bought a 1964 mint bag of Canadian pennies (1,000 pennies!) un-opened but the question is should I open it or leave it?

If the bag is see-through...make sure that there are no coins that are damaged and ensure that the seal is intact. If the seal is broken get the coins out and secure them in a new sealable bag...or in individual zip locks...time consuming I am sure!

Thank you but these are in a beige colour bag, and you can't see in it - the seal is not broken tho
