I found this coin and I’m trying to identify it. I believe it might be historical or from an Islamic dynasty, but I’m not sure.

 As you say, it is brass - so may be imitating a gold coin such as this 

 That has 3 + 3 lines whereas yours has 4 + 3 lines, but is similar.
