10 Centimes - Albert I French text 1926/23 with Double Line Under CES

It looks like i have the above variety coin. Numista says 0.7% of users have this coin and doesn't list a value, is this variety rare and any idea of the number of this variety minted?

It is indeed the 1926/23 variant, nice find.

It is not exceptionally rare, seeing that it is one of the known variants. The catalogues I have lump the standard and all the variants together in a total coinage of 6.9M. I find no information on number per variants.

According to the Aernout catalogue its value is 5€, compared to 1,5€ for the standard one. I bought mine at an auction for less of course.

Thanks the overdate is coupled with the double line under CES does that not make it a rarer variant?

The double line is normal. In the 1920 and 1921 strikes there is a variant with shorter top line.
