How much it worth

I wouldn't even bother removing it from a bargain bin. But then that is just me. Someone else might value it very highly?

Why would you say that? 1700s, silver coin, isn’t that what coin collecting is all about?

 I don’t collect these coins or go looking for them, but if I was lucky enough to find one „in a bargain bin“ I would be extremely happy. We all are entitled to an opinion but saying things like that is a bit insulting and degrading.

Why do people keep asking how much their coins are worth ??? You are either a collector who enjoys the hobby or a speculator looking to make a quick buck. For me a modern one pence coin is as important as an Edward III half leopard they are both coins to be collected. 

I admit I was the same when I started out. However, the whole point of collecting is if you like the hobby, I realised that halfway through; I should’ve realised sooner.
