I found coins with error(influx of metal, looks as 2) on obverse. Somebody made it or mint error. Thanks

That has to be post mint damage

just a kid with a needle and 5 cents

Definitely PMD

Shame it’s on a proof

There's a website that specializes in Canadian coinage (link below). They have a good description of errors and a discussion board. I say read their page, post your pics there, and let us know what they say:

ps: if your coin is an error of some kind it's very minor and likely no value added

Tnank you very much! Coins will be shift to collection, as error.

In the OP you say “influx of metal”. If by this you mean that this possible error is all in relief (and not at all incused) then it might be that the die was damaged before the coin was struck. It could be that a piece of wire happening to be twisted in the shape of a “2” fell on the surface and struck into the die, after which some coins were struck before the problem was noticed. This scenario is very unlikely but can't be ruled out if the “2” is entirely in relief.

If the “2” is incused, it's PMD. It's possibly someone who was testing an electric engraving pen. To scratch a metallic surface manually with a metallic point would not produce such a smooth shape.

Look at the location of the shadows.  It's in relief.  Light at the top and dark at the bottom just like RE.

Indeed — that's exactly why I'm questioning the consensus so far [EDIT — though I'm not sure what RE means].

Still, I have seen too many cases of misleading photos. In the present case, there is too much light coming from one single direction. I think I see a very thin dark line above the bright “2” shape. If so, this could be incused and the metal pushed out shines too brightly to know…

I know, I know… it's splitting hair in four… But in the end, until we know for sure whether it's in relief or incused, we can't come to a final decision.

If all relief, it would be a real error because the die was damaged.

I agree, not positive. RE in Regina, the two letters closest.
