Sure! My camera isn't very high quality, but the legend isn't very legible on the real coin. On the reverse I can barely see SIS for the siscia mint. GLORIA ROMANORVM reverse.

It does look like Valens but the photos are blurry.

 

I have a few times used a regular magnifier with my iPad to get pretty good photos of coins or even of details on coins.

There are some pretty cheap but decent clip-on style magnifier and light combos on Amazon.  Makes quick photos a breeze for questions on Numista.
