Is this 1776 -1976 one dollar D got a rpm and extra marks

Looks like another faint star

It does not look like a RPM to me, just a normal one with maybe some die wear.  This was the style of mint mark used in that year.

I can't tell anything about the “extra marks” as I have no idea what I'm looking at or where on the coin they are. Maybe you could indicate on the full pictures?
