Please do not post messages on the forum as this can sometimes make the situation difficult to deal with.
1. Please ensure that the subject line has either Swap Evaluation Change or Place Warning in the subject title.
2. Please write the details of the case with a profile link to the member you have swapped with in your private message to Xavier. (Without this link it means he has to search through the database to find the user in question and their respective id number to alter it in the server).
(Furthermore, this is can be a lengthy process to set right, please be patient).
3. He does not mind a gentle nudge as sometimes monitoring the forum is all he has time for. Please respect that he has a life (outside of Numista) and can be preoccupied with other more pressing issues. Sometimes you will not hear back from him.
4. Common sense prevails: You can ensure that your swap will go smoothly by, ensuring that your coins are packaged well, that you communicate openly and honestly with your swap partner.
5. If you are reporting a member of dubious intentions this can be a difficult thing to deal with. However, in the past, he has been able to react to scammers quickly when more than one member has complained about the same person.
6. Finally, before you click on the NULL stars instead of the 5 stars, look at what you are doing! Take your time on the evaluation and do not submit it until you have applied some patience and thought carefully. Revenge feedback can be removed but treat other people with respect and give appropriate feedback that is not unkind.
