Could someone please explain why a 1969 Netherlands 2 1/2 gulden (fish privy mark) with a mintage of 1.2 million is less valuable than a 2 1/2 gulden (cock privy mark) with a mintage over 15 million please.

That is strange.  Maybe the data is wrong and they swapped the lines?

My '85 Almanak of Dutch coins has the 2½ Gulden fish privy mark valued at €29.50 (UNC) and the cock privy mark at €9.00 (UNC).

If it's the '85 alamach, I think that the value is in gulden more than in euro B)
