I got scammed so what should I do?

the scammer visited my personal webpage before he scammed me so I have tracked down the ip address so what should I do now when I know the location?

what an idiot he basically just gave me he's ip address

How can he scam you without giving the address?

That does not necessarily mean that you got scammed ..  There are several possibilities of different IP addresses.  One very popular is VPN.  I'm in Kyrgyzstan and I can run up VPN and make someone think, by IP address, that I'm in Washington, DC...   You'll need more physical proof that different IP addresses ...

right after I sent the mail he unsubsgribed and I didn't get anything

The thing i don't understand:
When he gave you the address (where he would go to get the coins) you already knew his address.

did he have no ratings?

  I guess you just have to let go sometimes, I lost coins once, and its still hard to let it go. I keep wishing I could get them back, but wishing is so silly.
