Hi,

after years again on numista! had to look to all my coins. This coin is a 5 Øre 1981 from Norway, as you can see the 8 is higher then all other numbers. Small mint error!

That's not a mint error, it's just an ordinary 1981. Yes, the 8 is higher than the 1, just as the 9 is lower than the 1. It's just the way the numbers are written on this type of coin.
