I recently purchased 50 Formative Years Lincoln Pennies, and I was wondering about the double dies and how obvious they are. I can look at them without any sort of visual aid and see that they look the same, but It seems like the only double dies have to do with an extra finger. The fingers are so small that I can not see the individual fingers well enough to identify a double die. So I guess my question is, are the double dies see-able with the naked eye, or will I just have to find a really good magnifying glass.
