This is what i know of this banknote.
1976 banknote worth 1 AÇOR, issued by the FLA, Frente de Libertação dos Açores (Liberation Front of the Azores), featuring Vitorino Nemésio's picture, hand signed by one of the directors and printed by Ega, Empresa Gráfica Açoreana. The bearer would be payed 25 escudos by the Micaelense Bank.
It presents some descoloration, light stains and small creases.
The FLA, as a separatist movement, issued this banknote to finance the independence of the Azores from the Portuguese government.
The family of Vitorino Nemésio didn't want his image to be linked to the movement.
The banknotes were subsequently collected and destroyed by order of the State.
I don't know the value for the banknote collectionist or if it can be listed in your catalogue.
Any comments would be apreciated.
