When it comes to the serial number, the Burmese prefix letters are not equivalent to the Western form, but the Burmese letter has the same place in the alphabet as the Western. For instance, your prefix letters are ခ န. So first we have ခ, which are
kha - the second letter in the alphabet, just like

The other letter is န, which is
na - the twentieth letter in the alphabet, just like T. The numbers are the same, though.
