Novice on here when it comes to swaps need a little help [gelöst]

I am working my through the swap section and need a little clarifying when I click to look through swaps does the green dot mean that a member has the item they are willing to swap

Green dot means that you don't have the offered type in your collection.

At the top of the swap pages you can find a legend for all the symbols.
