Hello can anyone identify if this is coin because I think it is a 1 cash minted between 1736-1800 but just to make sure it is that coin.

Your second picture (which is the obverse) is upside down.

And it's indeed 1 Cash from emperor Kao Tsung (reign title: Ch'ien Lung), 1736-1795. Mintmark is Boo Yuan (Board of Public Works).
