Hi. Buyers decide what to offer, makes it easier for me. Am very bad at selling most things. That's why only sold properties and thru estate agents. This way am more comfortable and surely a very fair way to do deal.

Hello again. To clear any misconceptions will try clarify. I did not place a money value as
1 -am an hermit living off the land +- 15 years2- have no interest in cash as basically have no need for it as I ride a bycicle so am able to repair it myself.
3- resulting from 2 above am not willing to leave a currency inheritance behind.
4- newer generation tried getting them interested but wasn't able toFinally ,am not senile but have forgotten last time I switched a TV on. I guarantee was awhile back AND yes am a very fulfilled man.Thanks for reading my ramblings 🤗
