1964 Kennedy pf69

Have ICG pf69 graded early 1990s. Recently noticed it's an accent hair type. Sent email ICG but as coin was graded pre 1999? They agreed made mistake but as new owners I would need to re submit. Anyone interested accent hair pf69 ?
