Malawi 2 tambala 1974 +20 tambala 2003 do they exist or do they not exist?

Hello to all collectors,
I've been looking for years this 2 coins:

Malawi 2 tambala 1974
Malawi 20 tambala 2003

Having never seen a photo of them, I have come to the conclusion that perhaps they have never been issued!
Does anyone have these 2 coins? if yes, can you show me a photo?

I don't have either of those. I don't see either of those on the local auction sites either.

I am also searching for this coins....Is it not an idea to remove them from the Numista-catalogue?

No. Just because we can’t find any doesn’t mean they don’t exist. Someone must have had reason to believe that they exist at some point, otherwise they wouldn’t be in the catalogue.

First we should check what Krause says and, if they exist there, then the most we should do is to add a comment saying that the coin might not exist.

Anybody already contacted Chernoguz64? He's supposed to have a 20 Tambala 2003 in his exchange list. Of course that doesn't mean much because we're already found out a lot of mistakes happen while ticking boxes but you never know. And I don't know if Chernoguz64 is still active, there's only 1 way to find out.



And there's at least someone who claims to have the 2 Tambala 1974. You can ask a master referee the name of the owner and send him a message:
