What are the proper coin-words to describe this? The reverse looks like it is not fully impressed. The obverse design is dented into the reverse. Is it an error or someone's homemade post-mint damage? Thanks!

it is called a Capped die strike

eg:



sometimes, a coin gets stuck to the die and is called a die cap
even thought the coin is stuck, the die continues to mint coin
thus the die cap leaves its impretion on the planchet and is called a capped die strike
