5 Rubles with the reverse axis 45º off

Hello everyone.

Like the title says, I just got my first error coin.
A pretty nice 1992 5 Rubles coin from Leningrad, with the Russian eagle tipped about 45º clockwise.
Does anyone have some extra info on this error ?

P.S. I think the eagle may have drunk a wee bit too much vodka...
