Tical with Chinese or Japanase chopmark

I have this coin with one or two chopmarks
If some one have some information
I didn't find the same chopmark on the tical
it will be great

I could swear the coin is from Cambodia.

To me it looks like ,the one before 12 o'clock is a bad hole fill job. Now the one around 1 o'clock is a chop mark.
Would they may have taken a sample? Chop marks are out of my area , good luck .

I think the chopmark is from Japan....but not sure😑
