Hello Buster. I'm glad to see you can finally take low magnification pictures of the coins in question. I assume you meant DDR. It looks like you certainly have something. I doubt it's a doubled die. Dies for proofs are closely examined before being used. I can't imagine it would not have been caught. Maybe a multiple strike but I think it still should have been caught during inspection. Let's see what other members think. I'd suggest having it looked at by experts.
Thanks for your advice I hope to here back from you👍

Certainly appears to be a Doubled Die Reverse (DDR). I would post your images on the following web site and get a few opinions (Fred Weinberg, one of the biggest names in error collecting, may comment on it).

The more I look at these pictures and the pictures in your other post I'm starting to believe that this is an artifact of your photographic technique/light reflection off the very shiny surface. You can't see any indication of this in your lower magnification pictures. Add to this my comments above about the inspections on these special proof sets and the likelihood of a real mint error seems pretty low especially now that you've just doubled the number of dies involved and the number of "missed" inspections. I already suggested having it looked at by experts and now Steve27 has done the same.
