Cartwheel Twopence 1797 is it real or fake ?

Hello,
Here is a few photos of a 1797 twopenny Cartwheel. My issues which make me wonder are the legend around the rim looks as if the strike is too new but can anyone give me their opinion please.
Weight is 56.77g

The weight coincides with that of the catalog, it seems authentic to me.
The fact that the inscriptions are engraved can cause them not to oxidize like the rest of the coin

I don't see anything here that looks glaringly off. If someone were going to fake it, they probably wouldn't fake it with that inscription added to it or with those various dents and dings.

There were also restrikes made in 1848 with the original dies.
It's almost impossible to distinguish these restrikes from the original 1797 ones...
