Hi looking to see if anyone had information about this coin I know it's from a country club as on it but is it worth money ? Or collectable ?

It is probably not a coin but given your description looks like a ball marker. If it has a club name on it check that area of collectables to see if it has value.

Yes it is a ball marker for a golf course - the pointed part of the design goes towards the ball.
Scioto was the home course of Jack Nicklaus. Here is a poker chip from there ...
